Walk-In and Mail-Order Repairs

Mail-In BlackBerry repairs are completed and return shipped next business day.

• We will diagnose the specified problem prior to performing repairs. 

1. If we find that your selected repair is in fact the required service we will complete the repair and return-ship your repaired BlackBerry.

2. If we find that the needed services are a lower cost than your selected repair we will proceed and return-ship your repaired BlackBerry, and automatically refund the difference.

3. If we find that the required services are a higher cost than your selected repair, we will contact you immediately:

  By Phone, or if not reachable, By Email, and provide an estimate.

  We will complete the repair upon your approval and receipt of payment, and return-ship your repaired BlackBerry.

4. If you decide not to proceed with the estimated services we will return-ship your device and refund your payment, less $34.95(handling fee) and shipping costs.

When you cannot readily determine the problem:

For example, the Blackberry was dropped, or the Blackberry has liquid damage (including spills and ambient moisture exposure)

In these cases please select your BlackBerry model and checkout with Full Diagnostics Service. 

The Diagnosis and Repair deposit corresponding to your model will be payable.

• We will perform a full diagnosis of all functions of Your BlackBerry.

1. If the required services are equal to or lower than the deposit we will complete the repair, return-ship your repaired BlackBerry and automatically refund the difference.

2. If we determine that the required services cost more than the deposit we will return-ship your device without repairing it (it will be deemed unrepairable at a reasonable cost) and refund your Diagnosis and Repair deposit, less $39.95(Diagnosis & Handling Fee) and shipping costs.

Full Diagnostics Services, in some cases, may take more than one day.  If so you will be advised by email immediately.
